Rental
Need a VCR, monitor,
or LCD projector for a class presentation? Is your class scheduled
in a room that does not have the equipment you need for today's
class? Just call 612-626-1411. We will be happy
to supply the equipment you need at a reasonable rate. We will
work with you at any on or off campus locations.
Setup A skilled technician will deliver, setup and test the AV equipment you have previously requested by calling 612-626-1411. Setups may be scheduled between 8:30am and 3:30pm.
Technician Support
Experienced on-site technicians
and high quality audio-video equipment for large conferences,
small meetings, receptions, concerts, lectures, performances,
or any number of other occasions. Is your event outdoors? We
have the equipment and knowledge for your event. We also provide
equipment setups and demonstrations. We will bill your rental
charges directly to your CUF's number, accept a check for payment
or work with your purchase order number.
Additional Audio and Video Services
We offer both audio and
video conversions from analog to digital formats. Audio duplication
services for both CD's and cassettes. In addition, we provide
services for VHS and DVD production, editing, and duplication.

be happy to provide an estimate of the costs for your rental or
event upon request.
