Classroom Planning and Projects leads OCM in planning of classroom renovation projects for existing buildings and is the primary liaison for design and construction of new classroom facilities. Additional responsibilities include developing future classroom inventory requirements, the classroom capital budget plan and the classroom input to the Capital Funding Request.

Planning is the OCM lead for classroom design issues and assists in developing the standards contained in the Classroom Appendix to the U of M Standards and Procedures for Construction.  This unit aids in the planning and coordination efforts of Classroom Facilities, Scheduling, Support and Classroom Technical Services.
