Scheduling-U 2012
Scheduling-U is a series of workshops covering all aspects of course and event scheduling at the University of Minnesota. Workshops are free and open to any employee of the UMN. Repeat sessions will be held on the Minneapolis and St. Paul campuses. Each session is 90 minutes in length and will be held from October 15-19, 2012. No registration is necessary. Please find the date and time for sessions of interest below.
All schedulers should plan to attend one of the Scheduling Update sessions. Important information including new room scheduling software announcements, upcoming classrooms updates, policy changes, the PeopleSoft course/ class coding project, and Academic Course Distribution Summary outcomes will be presented

Whether new to academic scheduling or simply looking for a refresher, this session will provide all the information you need on scheduling processes, policies, and procedures. Topics covered include: ECS tips & tricks, ECAS, and academic schedule production cycle. Highlights are available here.
