Facilities Management Custodial Rates
Standard classroom hours of operation:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Saturday, 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Custodial rates
Effective starting November 1, 2009
Events held during standard classroom hours of operation may be subject to fees if they involve food service or result in excess cleaning or damage to the classroom. Events held outside of hours of operation will be subject to a fee determined by Facilities Management.
To book a room:
Please use the Event Scheduling Space Reservation Request Form (events must be reserved through the OCM Web site).

Terms & conditions:
To schedule a classroom, booking party must have a University of Minnesota account number (EFS or Student Organization number).
Events with greater than 50 people must have event insurance or insurance naming the Regents of the University of Minnesota as additional insured.
Rooms reserved during standard classroom hours of operation must be accepted in an "as is" condition.
Serving and consumption of food or beverages will result in an excess cleaning fee.
University space is not available during official University holidays.
Any Student Group violating the terms of the License Agreement is subject to deposit charges and/or restrictions of future classroom rental.
Definitions:
- Damage fee
- If room is damaged repairs will be charged at cost. [First occurrence]
For future room rentals a deposit of $500 will be required.
