October 19 , 2011 Who's teaching that course? In order to ensure that instructors will be able to access their grade rosters online, please review all of your fall 2011 courses and make sure the correct instructor is assigned to each course that will require grades.
Have you gone to Scheduling U? Scheduling U started on Monday, October 17 and continues through Friday, November 4. There are still two more sessions of “Scheduling update.” During these sessions, scheduling unit staff will provide information about the new scheduling policy and discuss the process for non-standard classes. There are also sessions remaining on the new report to determine if you are in compliance with the new policy, ECS tips and tricks, and more! Upcoming important dates Add the Schedule/Course Guide Production Calendar to your Google calendar. With this new option, you can be certain that important scheduling dates are always at hand.
