ECS Period 1 (Phase I) – Department schedulers update course information (delete, add, change). Room priority agreements honored.
ECS Period 1 (Phase II) – College administrators review department’s schedules for adherence to standard time, peak time, and course access policies.
ECS Period 2 – ECS closed to schedulers while rooms are assigned centrally.
ECS Period 3 – ECS reopens to schedulers for emergent updates to update course information (cancel, add, change). Changes to meeting time(s) or enrollments greater than room capacity result in loss of central room assignment. Department R25 users make departmental room assignments.
ECS Period 4 – Department schedulers continue to make late changes or add courses. Changes may result in loss of central room assignment. Cancellations must be referred to colleges for approval.
