ECS Period 1 – Department schedulers update course information (delete, add, change). Room priority agreements honored. College administrators review department schedules for adherence to standard time and course access policies.

ECS Period 2 – ECS closed to schedulers while rooms are assigned centrally.

ECS Period 3 – ECS reopens to schedulers for emergent updates of course information (cancel, add, change). Changes to meeting time(s) or enrollments greater than room capacity result in loss of central room assignment. Department users make departmental room assignments in Astra Schedule.

ECS Period 4 – Department schedulers continue to make late changes or add courses. Changes may result in loss of central room assignment. Cancellations must be referred to colleges for approval.
