Liberal Education (LE) Distribution summary report
Faculty, advisors, and college/department staff are encouraged to use the LE Distribution summary report to see the distribution of liberal education requirements by semester, times, and type. The report is intended to inform decisions about when to offer LE classes, spreading the days and times to increase student access to LEs and to avoid overlap and saturation.
The report includes Twin Cities classes that have a daytime meeting pattern and fulfill at least one Liberal Education requirement. The LE Distribution summary report provides users with:
- Actual class enrollments
- Distribution of requested room capacities
- Total scheduled classes by meeting time and LE requirement
A class will not be included in this report if:
- It does not have a meeting pattern (days and/or times); OR
- It meets outside of the Standard Class Time Table (before 8 a.m. or after 5:30 p.m. on the Minneapolis campus; before 8:30 a.m. or after 6 p.m. on the St. Paul campus).
