Need a place to study?
Look for the pin!
Gold push pins mark the more than two dozen “GPS Waypoint” study spaces on campus. Find a pin for comfortable and functional space to study or work collaboratively.
What's a GPS Waypoint?
GPS Waypoints are General Purpose Study spaces that you'll find on your way around campus. They are designed, managed, and maintained by the Office of Classroom Management with student needs in mind. When you find a gold push pin marking a GPS Waypoint, you'll know that it's maintained as a study space.
Where to look for the pin
GPS Waypoints are on East Bank, West Bank, and St. Paul. Use the map below to find a location convenient to you.

GPS Waypoint features
All GPS Waypoints have wireless access, but there are other features you may be interested in. The chart below shows the features available at each GPS Waypoint. Click on the space name for full details, including a picture of the space and a map to the building.
Need other options? No problem!
General purpose classrooms are also available for individual and group study when not being used by a class or event. Check out the general purpose classroom schedule viewer to see when rooms are available. A QR Code is posted outside all general purpose classrooms. Scanning it with your mobile device will bring you to today's schedule for the building. A great way to see if a room is available when you're on the go!
Don't get locked out! If you need to check on building hours, you can view the general purpose classroom hours of operation.
Other campus spaces
University Libraries and Student Unions also have study spaces available for student use.
