The Classroom Support Unit coordinates or directly provides faculty and students with a complete range of services and support for teaching and learning in general purpose classrooms.

Classroom Support operates the Classroom Support Hotline - the "Classroom One Stop" number that can be used for any classroom problem, issue or question.

The Support Unit provides the faculty with classroom orientation, including instruction and assistance with installed audio-visual or presentation equipment, and coordinates action to resolve ALL problems in general purpose classrooms.

The Support Unit tracks and follows classroom problems from first report through final resolution. It coordinates internally with other OCM units regarding support and response issues. This includes Classroom Facilities regarding all classroom physical/FM problems, and Classroom Technical Services in solving technology problems. Support coordinates externally with NTS regarding classroom data connectivity issues, and with Disability Services regarding accessibility issues. Classroom Support is the front line of customer service for the Office of Classroom Management.
