Problem Tracking
The hotline staff actively monitor the performance of the classroom technology systems with the Classroom Automated Management System (CAMS). In addition, CAMS allows us to be proactive and knowledgeable about technology issues in the classrooms. After you report an issue to the Classroom Support Hotline, we will send you a follow-up message with details about action taken to resolve the issue.
