Classroom Support Hotline

Call center staff provide real-time assistance with all classroom and study space concerns or questions.



From any campus phone, just dial (5-1086).

Technology calls will be routed to a team of support professionals who are available 24 hours a day.

The OCM call center staff is available from 7:30 a.m.–4 p.m., Monday–Friday. Messages left on the OCM voicemail after-hours will be monitored by an on-call manager and responded to as necessary. Select Option 3 from the hotline menu to reach the after-hours voicemail box.

Problem Tracking

OCM staff actively monitors the performance of the classroom technology systems with the Classroom Automated Management System (CAMS). In addition, CAMS allows us to be proactive and knowledgeable about technology issues in the classrooms. After you report an issue, we will send you a follow-up message with details about action taken to resolve the issue.

Non-technology related issues after 4 p.m. or on weekends

  • Facility issues: Please call the Building Systems Automation Center (BSAC) at 612-624-2900 for facility-related assistance.
