The hotline staff are in radio contact with “rapid responders” (skilled technicians), who can be dispatched to provide in-room assistance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.

Problem Tracking

The hotline staff actively monitor the performance of the classroom technology systems with the Classroom Automated Management System (CAMS). In addition, CAMS allows us to be proactive and knowledgeable about technology issues in the classrooms. After you report an issue to the Classroom Support Hotline, we will send you a follow-up message with details about action taken to resolve the issue.

Monday - Friday:
7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Finals Week

Monday - Friday:
7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Saturday:
7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Breaks and May/Summer Sessions*

Monday – Friday:
7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.*

Note: Evening hours will extend to 6:30 p.m. during the first week of May Session and the first week of Summer Session.

After Hours (Evenings/Weekends)

  • Facility issues: Please call the Building Systems Automation Center (BSAC) at 612-625-0011 for facility-related assistance.
