Technology equipment lifecycle
Due to the finite lifespan of technology, equipment must be refreshed or updated on a periodic cycle to continue operating within OCM quality standards and avoid system downtime. The Office of Classroom Management (OCM) reviews each classroom projection system on a four-year cycle.
The classroom equipment renewal review is for planning purposes only. Recommendations will be updated during each review and are subject to change without notice. This does not confirm that updates will be completed by a specific date.
